Between 2006 and 2010, The Bond Bank assisted the Airport Authority, in financing the construction of a new Midfield Terminal. The new Midfield Terminal at the Indianapolis International Airport, which opened in 2008, features a modern terminal designed to incorporate artwork, provide public event space and enable visitors to sample the character of Indianapolis and the region. It has consistently been rated the best airport in North America.
