The Indianapolis Local Public Improvement Bond Bank was created in accordance with Indiana Code section 5-1.4-1, et. seq. Indiana Code outlines the Bond Bank’s powers, duties, responsibilities, and statutory purposes. Further direction on the Bond Bank’s role and responsibilities can be found in the Revised Code of the Consolidated City and County of Indianapolis/Marion County, Indiana.
The Bond Bank’s Board of Directors have also adopted certain rules and regulations applicable to the business and conduct of the Bond Bank and its staff. The Bond Bank’s Bylaws are currently being updated and will be posted to the website in the near future.
